How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Apparel, bags and other print items are made to order, so they take a few extra days to produce. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and you will get an email with tracking when your order ships. See our Shipping policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

What is your return policy?

Our apparel, tote bags and wall art are printed on demand, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, fit or color. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email trendylitdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please read our full Refund policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We are sorry about that. Email trendylitdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. If we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Do you have a discount code?

New customers can use the code TRENDY20 for 20% off a first order of $25 or more in our shop (the code does not apply on Amazon). Codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Are your pet products safe for my pet?

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions and supervise your pet when trying anything new. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice, so talk to your vet about any health or behavior concerns.
